In 2022, Conny Lobert, who was still the owner of LOB Brand Communications at the time, successfully assisted Christoph Daake and his event agency team (formerly Creative Tours + Concepts) with a mammoth project. This collaboration worked superbly and was an inspiration for everyone involved.
The decision to go into partnership was an obvious one: Christoph and Conny operate on the same wavelength. Both learned their trade in large agencies and have been passionately committed to event marketing for over 20 years. They stand for honest and authentic communication, both within their team and when organising events.
Last but not least, Conny was won over by Christoph’s management style which helped the event agency survive the crisis of recent years:

The remarkably harmonious climate within the agency is based on mutual respect – the team is made up of long-standing, experienced employees as well as younger talent – and a working method that treats others as equals. Conny’s conviction and working style are a perfect fit here.

Conny joined the team in January 2023 and is responsible for new business & sustainable development among other areas. In addition to extensive experience in these complex fields of work, she has also built an excellent network within the event industry. Thanks to many years of experience on the international trade fair scene, she will also help the team to further expand this business area.

Conny’s professional career began more than 25 years ago with international project work for the Volkswagen Group in the Czech Republic. She would then go on to manage numerous projects within the trade fair and event industry in China, the US and Europe. Prior to that, her main areas of focus lay in the aviation and aerospace industry as well as the construction machinery sector.

Both management partners are committed to achieving healthy, moderate growth for the company and upholding the happy team spirit.

Where we come from – our base

Daake, relocating from Rheinhessen to Wiesbaden. In 2023, Conny Lobert joined him as a managerial partner and the agency – true to its new focus – changed its name to ctc events – Agency for Brand Communication. Our base: an entire floor area in Wiesbaden city centre.
