For me, work-life balance means: It all depends on your personal interpretation of work-life balance. For me, completely separating both areas doesn’t necessarily make sense which is why I prefer work-life blending in an age of ‘new work’. By successfully merging and aligning both areas, you don’t end up with disharmony.
I’m inspired by: Social media platforms that let you quickly discuss private and professional matters.
My film character would be: Emily from ‘Emily in Paris’. She is highly adaptable, loyal and cooperative, has a friendly, outgoing personality and is able to create amazing photos at the right moment.
