Stadium event for 100th company anniversary

We were responsible for the planning, management and implementation of all elements for this diverse and exciting corporate event. Our primary focus included the overall infrastructure, CAD plans, safety and fire prevention concepts, catering, branding, artists and guest management.

The stage show on the stadium field plus the entertainment and food for guests were held in the stadium circuit and adjacent street in the form of a huge street food festival.

Using plenty of intuition, grit and perseverance, we worked closely with the customer, city, authorities and service providers under time and capacity constraints as part of a strong, interdisciplinary team. We always worked towards our shared goal of creating a unique and unforgettable overall experience for the R+V employees.
