Kick-off conference at Kap Europa

A catering event by day, an urban garden with a party atmosphere by night: Unbeknown to the participants, an entire floor at the location was transformed into a real urban jungle during the afternoon, resulting in a few surprised faces that evening. The theme of the conference ‘Growth Innovation Profitability’ was highlighted further with the use of plants that evening.

The entire event area was also transformed into a communicative food market, inviting participants to discover and sample a wide variety of snacks and meals at the various live cooking stations. Dinner with a twist!

Diversity and a lively after-dinner atmosphere was ensured with a Sports Lounge offering various options involving football, a party DJ and silent disco.

In 2019, we organised the 9th annual kick-off convention for our customer. For the third year in succession, we found ourselves at Frankfurt’s modern, sustainably designed congress centre, Kap Europa.
